PGI employees take out black flag march

CHANDIGARH: The PGI Employees Union today took out a black flag march from the PGI gate to the office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit), Punjab, in Sector 17 here in protest against the non-fulfilment of their demands.

The PGI Employees Union today took out a black flag march from the PGI gate to the office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit), Punjab, in Sector 17 here in protest against the non-fulfilment of their demands. The PGI Union, PGI Medical Technologists Association (MTA) and the Contact Workers Union also joined the protest. Their demands included implementation of grant of grade pay Rs 4,600 to medical technologists, cadre review, among others. — TNS
