100 CITCO employees donate blood

CHANDIGARH:To mark CITCO's Founder's Day, a blood donation camp was organised by CITCO at Hotel Shivalik View with the support of the department of blood transfusion, PGI.



Chandigarh, March 24

To mark CITCO's Founder's Day, a blood donation camp was organised by CITCO at Hotel Shivalik View with the support of the department of blood transfusion, PGI. In the camp, over 100 employees of CITCO donated blood. 

Speaking on the occasion, chief general manager of CITCO Kuljeet Pal Singh Mahi said, "The purpose of the camp is to bring a spirit of responsibility and strengthen human bonds."

Dr Suchet Sachdev, assistant professor, PGI, said, " Such camps encourage people to donate blood and this is how we meet the demand of our patients." —TNS
