The police have arrested two drugs peddlers, Jagseer Singh and Gurdeep Singh, following the recovery of 22-gm intoxicant powder from their possession.
ASI Sikander Singh was patrolling near the railway line when he saw these two persons trying to escape on seeing the police.
During the search operation, 10-gm powder was recovered from Jagseer Singh and 12-gm from Gurdeep Singh. A case under the NDPS Act has been registered.
