PeeCee’s global warmth

Priyanka Chopra’s recognition in Hollywood and her rise as a global icon does not seem to be slowing down any bit as she is seen connecting with more and more stars each day.

The 34-year-old actress, who co-hosted the annual New York City’s ‘Global Citizen Festival,’ posted on Instagram, a short clip of her having fun with ‘Wolverine’ actor, Hugh Jackman and his wife Deborra-Lee Furness.

The video was captioned “Backstage madness @thehughjackman Deborra Lee.”

The trio are seen backstage delightedly grooving to a song. PeeCee co-hosted the event alongside popular TV host Seth Mayers, Salma Hayek Pinault and Neil Patrick Harris. ‘Global Citizen Festival’ is an annual music festival established in 2012 and created in 2015 to mark the establishment of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The 2016 festival, which was held on September 24 witnessed performances by hitmakers like Demi Lovato, Rihanna, Kendrick Lamar, Major Lazer and Metallica as well as special guests Usher, Chris Martin, Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder, Ellie Goulding, Yandel and Yusuf / Cat Stevens. —ANI
