GBP Group has started the handing over of possessions of its GBP Camellia project. The project is located in Kharar and comprises 300 units of 2/3BHK configuration. The Phase II of the project has been completed in stipulated time within three years of its launch.  Built with a total investment of Rs 350 crores, GBP Camellia has 950 units and is spread to an area of 30 acres. The group delivered 300 units in its 1st phase. 

Speaking on the occasion Anupam Gupta, Sales and Marketing Director of the group said, “We aim to complete to complete the whole project by 2020. Along with delivering Camellia Phase II, we are also planning to develop multiple residential and commercial projects across Tri City and Himachal Pradesh.”

GBP Camellia Phase II with an investment of approx Rs 125 Crores. The project commenced in 2016 and received a tremendous response of people across Punjab.
