A 3-year-old female leopard was found with bullet wounds in Palampur’s Bhawarana area on Saturday, officials said.

Authorities suspect a case of poaching.

DFO Palampur BS Yadav said a case was registered under Schedule 1 of Wildlife Act, 1972, but the suspects had yet to be identified.
