Traffic on Rohru-Theog road disrupted following landslide

SHIMLA: The traffic on the Rohru-Hatkoti-Theog road came to a halt as a 60-m-long landslide occurred on the road near Dochi village in Jubbal on the highway on Friday morning.

The traffic on the Rohru-Hatkoti-Theog road came to a halt as a 60-m-long landslide occurred on the road near Dochi village in Jubbal on the highway on Friday morning.

The landslide damaged a house nearby and the local authorities stopped the plying of traffic.

The traffic has been diverted via the Kharapathar-Mendli road. Apple-laden trucks have been stranded on the highway. The PWD is clearing the landslide, an executive engineer said.
