California Eagles beat Black Panthers by 59-45 on the second day of Global Kabaddi League here at the Olympian Surjit Hockey Stadium this evening. In the second match of the day Maple Leaf Canada beat Singh Warriors Punjab by 53-45.
In first match, California Eagles’s raider Navjot earned 11 points with powerful raids. For Black Panthers Raiders Navjot Jota earned 13 points from raids and was declared best raider of the match. The winners were leading by 32-21 at the half time.
In the second Match, Singh Warriors Punjab gave some fight in first half of the match, but they lost the control in the second half. By the half time, Canada was leading by 24-23. In the second half, raiders of Canada put up a good show. Their raider Bheem earned 10 points. Canada won the match by 53-45.
