Seminar for strengthening ties

Jalandhar: Ramgarhia Educational Council (REC) and the Ramgarhia Institute of Engineering and Technology, Phagwara, under the REC chairperson, Manpreet Kaur Bhogal, organised a seminar of officials from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and Texas A and M University, Kingsville, USA, to strengthen the ties between both organisations. The seminar was organised on the RIET Campus, where Dr Vyoma Bhogal Dhatt, director, RGI; Dr Naveen Dhillon, principal, RIET; and Dr George Allen Rasmussen, vice-president for research and dean, graduate studies, Texas A and M University, talked about the education system of the USA. Krishna Murthy, managing director; and Bhupinder Singh from Abacus Overseas Education Advisors Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, were also present on the occasion.
