Phagwara: Police officials, led by SP, Phagwara, Parminder Singh Bhandal, has warned shopkeepers against any type of encroachment. The police issued challans to 11 shopkeepers for wrong parking and encroachments. The SP said no illegal encroachment would be allowed at any cost. — OC
