New Delhi, September 21

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat will interact with representatives of the foreign media on September 24 to clear “any misconceptions they may have about the organisation”.

“The RSS chief has been interacting with different sections of the society from time to time and has been appraising them about the works and idea of the RSS. He also discusses current issues. Continuing with the process, he will interact with representatives of foreign media on September 24,” said Arun Kumar, Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh of the RSS, the ideological fountainhead of the BJP.

The meeting will be held at the Ambedkar International Centre here.

This is the first time the Sangh Sarsanghchalak will interact with the foreign media representatives. Last year, Bhagwat held a lecture series in which the Indian media participated.

‘Married women happier’

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on Tuesday will also release the findings of a survey conducted by a Sangh-linked organisation that claims married women are happier than those in live-in relationships. The survey was conducted by Pune-based Drishti Stree Adhyayan Prabodhan Kendra and its findings were discussed at the RSS coordination meeting in Pushkar earlier this month, sources in the RSS said. As per the survey, married women have a very high level of happiness, whereas the level of happiness was lowest in women in live-in relationships.
