27 officers get Army ‘aviation wings’

Agartala: Ace gymnast Dipa Karmakar would be awarded a D Litt degree by the National Institute of Technology, Agartala, at its 10th convocation on November 11, NIT director AK Roy said. Two distinguished academicians — IIT Guwahati Director Dr Goutam Ghosh and Jadavpur University professor Dr Biswajit Ghosh — would also be honoured with DSc degrees.
