Chief Khalsa Dewan ex-chief appears before five high priests

Chief Khalsa Dewan (CKD) ex-president Charanjit Singh Chadha on Tuesday appeared before the five high priests here.

Chadha submitted his clarification before the high priests saying he is bound to abide by whatever decision they took.

Chadha was embroiled in a controversy after a sleazy video clip with a woman principal surfaced and went viral on December 27 last year.

The Akal Takht Jathedar will later announce the decision from the designated podium.

The meeting is under way and other Panthic issues are being discussed.

Earlier, a visibly pained Chadha maintained that he and his son Inderpreet Chadha were implicated in the case under a deep conspiracy. He didn’t comment on the authenticity of the video.
