Chandigarh, March 5
Vikram Singh, Security Officer, Panjab University, Chandigarh, took over charge of Chief of University Security from Professor Ashwani Kaul here today till further orders.
Vikram Singh has served Panjab University as Security Officer for 12 years. Prior to this, he had served the Indian Air Force for more than 20 years.
