Chandigarh, May 23
On the directions of the court, the police have registered another case against Balraj Singh Randhawa, the prime accused in the Akansh Sen murder case.
A case under Section 174-A of the IPC has been registered against Randhawa for his failure to appear in the court. Randhawa was declared a proclaimed offender (PO) on April 5, 2017, in the murder case registered against him and Harmehtab Singh. — TNS
