Entrance test for BEd

The PU has made all arrangements for the BEd entrance to be held on July 14 from 10.30 am to 1 pm for admission to colleges of education located in Chandigarh.



The PU has made all arrangements for the BEd entrance to be held on July 14 from 10.30 am to 1 pm for admission to colleges of education located in Chandigarh. In total, 799 candidates have applied for 270 seats of BEd. Candidates can download their roll numbers from July 11 onwards. The examination centres will be on the Panjab University campus. Those who have not applied till now can apply with late fee by visiting the computer centre of the university on July 11 and 12. 

Plantation drive organised

A plantation drive was organised by the Horticulture Division of Panjab University, near International Hostel, on its south campus. Mayor Davesh Moudgil was the chief guest. He planted a sapling, which was followed by other dignitaries. Prof Nishtha Jaswal, Dean of University Instructions, encouraged people to come forward to contribute their bit to the conservation of the  environment. Radhika Anand, CEO and founder of a self-funded organisation, donated 1,100 plants. 

BSc result declared

The PU teaching departments and colleges have declared the result of Bachelor of Science (BSc) sixth semester (May 2018). Students can check their results at their respective departments, colleges or university website. TNS
