Vaishali Takkar and Amit Gaur come together in ‘The Next Ball’

Sasural Simar Ka actress Vaishali Takkar and Amit Gaur, who was seen in TV show Swim Team, have been roped-in for upcoming short film The Next Ball on WOW originals, releasing on 18th April. Talking about the film, Vaishali says, “It’s a 20-minute film about the emotional life of a person; how love and confidence can change one’s perspective towards living life to the fullest. It conveys that one should never give up on dreams.”

Amit Gaur adds, “My role is of a writer who has been out of work since the time he came to Mumbai to pursue his dreams. With his scripts being rejected constantly, he gets depressed and at some point gives up on his own life. How someone comes into his life and shows him the power of his dreams is what the film is all about.”
