DGP Manoj Yadava on Sunday appealed to people to enthusiastically reach their respective polling stations in large numbers and cast their vote without any fear.

He assured voters that the Haryana Police had made elaborate security arrangements to ensure fair, peaceful and incident-free elections.

Giving details, he said security personnel would be ready to tackle any adverse situation and would reach the spot immediately after getting any such information.

Central armed police forces had been deployed at critical and vulnerable polling stations, he added. — TNS
