Shimla, June 11
The Shimla Jal Prabandhan Nigam (SJPN) on Tuesday opened a new grievance redressal cell opposite Auckland Boys School to address all kinds of water-related complaints.
The billing complaints will also be adhered to at this cell, said SJPN spokesperson, adding that the move was aimed at public convenience.
Now there would be no need to go to Subzi Mandi office for issues related to bills and the office would be opened on Sunday also, he added.
