Star cast of ‘Nadhoo Khan’ comes calling to city

JALANDHAR: “Nadhoo Khan”, a periodic romantic drama movie is all set to hit the silver screen on April 26. The movie stars Harish Verma and Wamiqa Gabbi in the lead roles, who were here in the city today to promote the film. The movie has already received lakhs of views on the social media.

“Nadhoo Khan”, a periodic romantic drama movie is all set to hit the silver screen on April 26. The movie stars Harish Verma and Wamiqa Gabbi in the lead roles, who were here in the city today to promote the film. The movie has already received lakhs of views on the social media.

Harish Verma said it was his first period drama film and viewers would see them in a different style. Besides, featuring a tale packed with comedy, romance and drama the movie is about the story of an unsung hero ‘Nadhoo Khan’, whose legacy will be taken forward by his son.The core of the movie is formed by intense family drama and the lead actor belongs to wrestlers family.

Wamiqa Gabbi said it was her first period drama movie and she was playing the character of an innocent and vivacious girl belonging to a small village.

The makers of the movie stated that from BN Sharma’s comic timing to situational comedy and Wamiqa Gabbi’s utter beauty and innocence in the film would grip the audience right from the beginning scene.

The director of the film Imran Shaikh said Harpreet Singh Devgan, Achint Goyal and Rakesh Dahiya were the producers of the film.

Besides, the famous actor Hobby Dhaliwal, has a strong role in the film and he will be playing the role of grandfather of Verma, in this film. As the film is a periodic drama, it was shot in the remote locations of Rajasthan. There is also a presentation of old Punjabi culture in the film.
