Ludhiana: A 109-year-old woman cast her vote in Jagraon in the Assembly elections. She is the eldest voter in Jagraon. After casting vote, she also wished well being of the state. The woman had gone to the polling booth in a car. Though elderly persons were given options to cast their vote by using postal vallet but she had opted to cast her vote by personally visiting the booth. A team of the Election Commission had also visited the house of the woman to appreciate her. —
