LUDHIANA: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) organised a training programme on artificial intelligence (AI) for the teachers of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pardesh at Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town, from July 9 to 11.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) organised a training programme on artificial intelligence (AI) for the teachers of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pardesh at Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town, from July 9 to 11. The training programme was attended by 56 participants.

The team from Intel briefed the participants about the AI Readiness programme strategy, entitled “#AI for All”. The recent announcement by the CBSE to add AI as a subject is a bold step towards enabling the youth with a right combination of mind-set, skill-sets and tool-sets to be AI ready. ArtificialIntelligence is an opportunity for inclusive economic growth, social development and solution provider for developing economics. — TNS
