The 9th Punjab State Baseball Championship for Junior Boys and Girls will be held at Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Gill village, in the district from October 26 to 28.
Harbir Singh Gill, president, Ludhiana District Bseball Association, released the list of players who would represent the district in the championship.
They are (girls) Sandeep Kaur (captain), Amanjot Kaur, Kulwinder Kaur, Anmolpreet Kaur, Komaljeet Kaur, Ashika Bhandari, Tanu Kumari, Baby Kumari, Dilpreet Kaur, Khushi, Shubhnam, Jasmeet Kaur, Srishti Kondal, Shabina, Banshika and Bhumika. Boys: Sameer Mohammed (captain), Harmeet Singh, Udit Kumar, Vishal Yadav, Nitin Sharma, Danish Modi, Dhiraj, Vikas Mahto, Gaganpreet Singh, Bashar Ahmed. Mantekvir Singh Sidhu, Manvir Singh, Ishpreet Singh, Gulshan Kumar, Sourab and Vishesh Kumar.
