“The Old Order Changeth.”

A REUTER message dated London September 14th states that Mr. Lloyd George in a message to the people of Great Britain says:--“If we renew the lease of the old world, scarred by slums and disgraced by sweating, where side by side with want was waste of the inexhaustible riches of the earth, we shall betray the heroic dead and shall be guilty of the basest perfidy which ever blackened the peoples’ fame. The old world must and will come to an end.” The part that India played in the War was magnificent and she has contributed materially in making the end of the old world possible. She too waits for the order to change.
