LUDHIANA: Hosts Green Land Convent School, Civil City branch, and Ryan International School registered victories in the boys U-19 and 17 sections, respectively, in the Ludhiana Sahodaya School Complex (Central Zone) Badminton Tournament here today.

Hosts Green Land Convent School, Civil City branch, and Ryan International School registered victories in the boys U-19 and 17 sections, respectively, in the Ludhiana Sahodaya School Complex (Central Zone) Badminton Tournament here today.

In the boys’ U-17 category, Ryan International School beat GRD Academy 2-0 while Green Land Convent School, Subhash Nagar branch recorded an identical win (2-0) against Green Land Convent School, Chandigarh Road branch and Green Land Senior Secondary Public School, Jalandhar bypass branch defeated Green Land Convent School, Dugri 2-0.

In other matches in the U-17 group, Green Land Senior Secondary Public School, Jalandhar bypass branch, outperformed Green Land Convent School, Civil City, 2-0.

In the U-19 section, Darshan Academy beat GRD Academy 2-0; Green Land Convent School, Civil City outplayed Green Land Convent School, Dugri 2-0 and Green Land Convent School, Subhash Nagar outclassed Green Land Convent School, Chandigarh Road 2-0. — OC
