Official car stolen from outside Takht Sri Damdama Sahib

BATHINDA: A government car was stolen from outside the Takht Sri Damdama Sahib on Saturday. PWD Department’s XEN Tek Singh and SDO Sukhpreet Singh had gone to pay obeisance at Takht Sri Damdama Sahib in the car.

A government car was stolen from outside the Takht Sri Damdama Sahib on Saturday.

PWD Department’s XEN Tek Singh and SDO Sukhpreet Singh had gone to pay obeisance at Takht Sri Damdama Sahib in the car.

A case has been registered against unidentified persons.

As per information, the PWD Department officials were passing through Talwandi Sabo in their official car. They decided to pay obeisance at the Takht Sri Damdama Sahib.

The driver parked the car outside the gurdwara, but when they returned, the car was missing.

Talwandi Sabo DSP Varinder Singh and SHO of the Talwandi Sabo police station Jaswinder Singh reached the spot and examined CCTV footage, but they failed to get any clue. The DSP said efforts were on to trace the car.
