CHANDIGARH: Two persons have been booked for not providing tenant information to the police.

Chandigarh, February 14

Two persons have been booked for not providing tenant information to the police.

According to the police, Rinku, who works as a caretaker at a house in Sector 10, was booked for not providing information about his tenant to the police. He had rented a room at his Sector 10 house and did not inform the police.

A case under Section 188 of the IPC has been registered against him at the Sector 3 police station. He was arrested and later released on bail.

In another case, Mohan Singh was booked for the similar offence. He had not shared information about his tenants at his house in Mauli Jagran. A case has been registered at the Mauli Jagran police station. Mohan Singh was arrested and later released on bail. — TNS
