Chandigarh: A-One Institute beat HDFC Bank by two runs in the final of the Box Cricket League, Season-2, at the Strike Chandigarh grounds here on Monday. Batting first, HDFC scored 58 runs in the allotted six overs. In reply, A-One also scored 58 runs. The match went into the Super Over in which A-One Institute managed to defend seven-run total and won the final by two runs. Sahil Bansal of HDFC Bank was declared the Man of the Match. The winners got a cash prize of Rs 11,000, while the runners-up were richer by Rs 5,100. More than 20 corporate companies participated in the tournament. In the semis, A-One Institute had beat Achievers by four wickets. TNS
