I-Day: Dy Speaker to unfurl Tricolour at Ropar

KHARAR:Punjab Assembly Deputy Speaker Ajaib Singh Bhatti will unfurl the national flag at Ropar during the Independence Day function to be held at the Nehru Stadium here.

Punjab Assembly Deputy Speaker Ajaib Singh Bhatti will unfurl the national flag at Ropar during the Independence Day function to be held at the Nehru Stadium here.

Deputy Commissioner Gurneet Tej conducted a meeting of officials from various departments to review arrangements in this regard here today. 

She directed the officials to complete the arrangements for the function at the earliest. She said a full-dress rehearsal of the function would be held on August 13.
