Man falls to death at hotel

CHANDIGARH:A 30-year-old man died after reportedly falling from the roof of a hotel in Sector 17 on Sunday night.

Chandigarh, August 20

A 30-year-old man died after reportedly falling from the roof of a hotel in Sector 17 on Sunday night.

The victim has been identified as Harkesh, a resident of Hallo Majra. The victim worked with a DJ. There was a party at the hotel and the victim was reportedly putting up lights when the incident took place.

Sources said the victim was rushed to the PGI, where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.

The police were informed, who have initiated an investigation. Though the police have ruled out any foul play, a team of the CFSL also visited the spot. 

A daily diary report (DDR) has been lodged at the Sector 17 police station.
