SGPC chief dwells on Guru Nanak’s life at PU

CHANDIGARH: The speech of Bhai Gobind Singh Longowal, president, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), was cut short on Thursday, as Panjab University Vice-Chancellor Prof Raj Kumar had to leave for another function.

The speech of Bhai Gobind Singh Longowal, president, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), was cut short on Thursday, as Panjab University Vice-Chancellor Prof Raj Kumar had to leave for another function. Longowal was here to address a seminar to mark Parkash Purb

Prof Jaspal Kaur Kaang said a book was supposed to be released before the VC left. So, Longowal’s speech had to be cut short. However, some people expressed displeasure over it.
