Ambala, March 18
The police have arrested a person and seized heroin from him near the Suhana road in Mullana last night.
The suspect has been identified as Charles White, a resident of Tanzania. He is a student of BA, LLB, at a private university in Mullana.
According to information, Charles was stopped acting on a tip-off. During checking, 12 gm of heroin was seized from him. A case has been registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act at the Mullana police station.
