In run up to the inauguration of campaign for rejuvenating Dehradun’s lifeline River Rispana slated for Monday, The Dehradun district authorities visited Shikar Falls, the origin of Rispana in Dehradun to take stock of cleanliness arrangements. Chief Minister Trivendra Rawat would be launching the clean Rispana campaign on November 6. — TNS
