Fast track girl: Gul Panag, already a licensed pilot, learnt to drive Formula E car

Gul Panag has become the first Indian woman to drive Formula E car. The dimpled actress joined Mahindra Racing in Barcelona. After which, Mahindra Racing issued a statement to that effect. Being daring and different is nothing new for Gul. She made news by becoming a super bride & arriving on a bike for her wedding. She is also a licensed pilot. Gul said, “I have been a motorsport enthusiast forever… I was extremely delighted to hear that there is going to be an electric race… I have shoved my racing ambassadorship down Mahindra’s throat because I am such a big fan.”
