Mohali, February 22
The Mohali police arrested a person for causing burn injuries to a four-year-old girl here today.
The accused, Gulraj, alias Gullu, threw a pot of hot soup following an altercation with Afghan Khan, a street vendor who was selling soup at Shahi Majra. The soup fell on Khan’s daughter, Palak, and she sustained burn injuries on her face and arms.
Gullu’s accomplice Sandip, who was also accompanying him at the time of incident, is yet to be arrested. — TNS
