Nalwar fair to start from March 22, Devta fair from April 1

SUNDERNAGAR: The seven-day Nalwar fair, the biggest cattle fair of North India, will start from March 22 and conclude on March 28.



SUNDERNAGAR, March 18

The seven-day Nalwar fair, the biggest cattle fair of North India, will start from March 22 and conclude on March 28.

According to Rajeev Kumar, SDM, Sundernagar and chairman, Mela Committee, the fair will be inaugurated by Kaul Singh Thakur, Health Minister, and on the concluding function, Sudhir Sharma, Minister for Urban Development, will be the chief guest.

The Devta fair will start from April 1 and conclude on April 5. Sohanlal Thakur, MLA, Sundernagar, and CPS, will inagurate the Devta Mela and GS Bali, Transport Minister, will be the chief guest on the last day. — OC
