Shimla, March 28
The Rampur-Kinnaur road, which was blocked near Neerath late last night after a vehicle overturned, was opened after 10 hours today.
A large number of vehicles were stranded and commuters were a harried lot. Commuters alleged that the without putting up any sign boards, the width of the road was being increased which led to the accident.
