Govt starts online leave mgmt system

CHANDIGARH: The state government has decided to implement online leave submission and approval system in human resource management system (HRMS) to facilitate its employees.

Chandigarh, June 6

The state government has decided to implement online leave submission and approval system in human resource management system (HRMS) to facilitate its employees. The state government employees would have to apply online on employee portal http://intrahry.gov.in for the leave application.

An official spokesman said all departments had entered the data of their employees on HRMS, which included personal information of each employee including service book, annual confidential reports, promotion, leave, transfer details and others.

Online leave submission and approval system through Intra Gr. Portal would be implemented w.e.f. April 1, 2019.

He said an employee can submit any type of leave application online on the employee portal. Reporting officer can approve or reject the leave application on the same portal.

He said the system also has facilities of cancellation of leave and submission of joining report. Administration or establishment users can also submit the leave application on the behalf of employee through HRMS portal if employee is not able to submit his or her leave online. The detailed procedure is available in “guidelines for filling up the online leave management” on the link http://intrahry.gov.in.

He said Sunil Bahal, programmer in office of Treasuries and Accounts, and Yashpal, Technical Director in office of NIC, Haryana, had been designated as State Nodal Officers for the implementation of online leave management.
