Ambala: SDM Subhash Chander Sihag hoisted the national flag at the sub-divisional level Independence Day celebrations at SD College in Ambala Cantonment on Wednesday. While unfurling the flag, the cord of the flag came off the lower end. It kept waving on the pole with help of one knot on the top of the pole. It was set right later. TNS
