MANDI: With the onset of Shravan, devotees in large number thronged the Bhuthnath temple on Monday to pay obeisance to Lord Shiva.

With the onset of Shravan, devotees in large number thronged the Bhuthnath temple on Monday to pay obeisance to Lord Shiva. Kheer were offered to the devotees throughout the day.

Mandi is known for its 81 old-stone temples and is called the “Varanasi of Himachal” and is also known as the Choti Kashi. The temples of Bhutnath, Trilokinath, Panchvaktra and Shyamakali witnessed a huge rush of devotees. — TNS
