Fire breaks out in Kangra hotel room

KANGRA: A fire broke out in one of the rooms of Hotel Grand Raj here this evening.

Kangra, May 20

A fire broke out in one of the rooms of Hotel Grand Raj here this evening. The loss is estimated to be of Rs 5 lakh. The property is owned by former Transport Minister GS Bali. The room was being used as a store.

It took firefighters half an hour to douse the flames. A short circuit is stated to be the reason behind the incident.
