Four booked for encroaching upon land of cooperative society

PHAGWARA: On a complaint filed by Amarjit Singh, Secretary, Co-operative Agricultural Services Society Ltd, Chachrari village, the Goraya police have booked four persons, Gurdawar Singh, his brother Baljinder Singh, mother Charan Kaur, and wife Lakhwinder Kaur, under Sections 427, 447 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) on the charges of illegally encroaching upon the land of theco-operative society.



Phagwara, December 8

On a complaint filed by Amarjit Singh, Secretary, Co-operative Agricultural Services Society Ltd, Chachrari village, the Goraya police have booked four persons, Gurdawar Singh, his brother Baljinder Singh, mother Charan Kaur, and wife Lakhwinder Kaur, under Sections 427, 447 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) on the charges of illegally encroaching upon the land of theco-operative society.

No arrest has been made so far in the case.
