Jalandhar, January 15

With the Trinamool Congress having announced three of its lists for the Punjab Assembly polls in the past two days, the fourth list of the party is expected to be out tomorrow. So far the TMC lists have featured only one seat from Jalandhar (Central), as many as three more declarations are expected regarding the district, including Kartarpur and Shahkot. As majority of former AAP members have been getting seats on the TMC lists, the new list is also expected to feature former AAP leaders.

From Kartarpur, the name of Baba Pal Singh Randhawa – a former AAP ideologue who holds sway with the Sant Samaj, is expected. While Randhawa joined the TMC on January 7, he was a close confidant of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and has influence in the Valmiki and Ramdassiya communities.
