Alia Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt and Soni Razdan

Rarely celebrities open up about the depression that they go through but now many of our B-town actors are speaking about their battle with depression.

Recently, Deepika Padukone led a campaign on mental health awareness, and now Alia Bhatt’s sister Shaheen Bhatt also opened up about her tryst with depression that she had to face two years ago. Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan’s elder daughter wrote a post on social media, talking about what she went through and the root-cause of her depression and how eventually she managed to overcome it. Moreover, Shaheen has reportedly started writing a book on depression.

The book will release a few months from now.
