Members of Meetup, the women’s club observed Dhiyan di Lohri with 11 girl students of Sai ki Pathshala.
The initiative aimed at spreading message to save the girl child and awareness against female foeticide. The programme was presided over by Dr Seema Wadhwa, a renowned gynecologist.
The event was attended by 100 women of club and five women social workers were awarded. —TNS
