Ludhiana, March 18

Classroom training session on “Basic catering food safety training” was held under the Mission Tandrust Punjab of the state government.

The event was inaugurated by District Health Officer Dr Andesh Kang and Food Safety Officer Yogesh Goel.

Harpal Aujla, Senior Assistant Engineer Municipal Corporation and Harnial Singh (MIS engineer Municipal Corporation) were also present on the occasion.

Bakery shop owners were told about food hygiene, personal hygiene and basic manufacturing practices. TNS
