Ploy to destroy evidence: LoP

CHANDIGARH: Leader of Opposition Harpal Singh Cheema has termed the incident of important files going missing from the Local Bodies Department’s office as a deep-rooted conspiracy, saying that the files related to the Ludhiana City Centre scam and the Mehraj Nagar Panchayat (Rampura Phul) in which CM Capt Amarinder Singh was named.
