‘No termination’

Apropos the report “Sahara served termination notice” (May 8), Sahara India has claimed that no termination notice has been served on Sahara, either from the Badminton Association of India (BAI) or Sportzlive, and that Sahara’s franchise Awadhe Warriors is a part of Pro-Badminton League. In the Hockey India League too, it claimed, Sahara has never defaulted on payment to players and coaching staff of its franchise UP Wizards. MS Dhoni’s Ranchi Rays, where Sahara has provided logistic and marketing support, has also not defaulted on any occasion, it said.
