Second youngest councillor, Sachin Galav, who won from Ward No. 2 on Congress ticket, today alleged that he was offered about Rs3 crore by two parties. The 27-year-old NSUI leader told Chandigarh Tribune that he was offered an SUV and Rs2-3 crore for switching sides. "I am a party loyalist and I am not going to switch to any party," he added.
