Yamunanagar: Man arrested for stealing electric motor

Yamunanagar, February 27

The police have arrested a person on charges of theft and recovered a stolen electric motor from his possession.

Chamkaur Singh, a police spokesman, said the accused had been identified as Sushil Kumar, alias Kaka, of Sadhaura town.

He said the accused was produced in a court today, where he was sent to judicial custody.

Rajesh Kumar, SHO, Sadhaura police station said Avtar Singh of Sadhaura town got an FIR registered alleging that his electric motor was stolen by someone from his cattle yard on February 26.

The SHO said he had formed a team headed by sub-inspector Satpal Singh and arrested Sushil Kumar.
